Message	to more expensive materials, but sound was much lower than before I installed it. I think most of the noise comes from the wheel wells, so installing the padding over the wheel wells and as far forward as you are willing to will help more. I went as far as the base of the seats. Also, the spray-on rubberized undercoating, applied in the wheel wells, will help. Be careful, it's messy.
